The Midwest also performs well, with cities such as Chicago (86) and Indianapolis (90) rated excellent. The Rockies show mixed conditions; Denver (99) and Billings (100) are excellent, but Salt Lake City struggles with heavy clouds and rain. The Pacific Northwest and Southeast have more variable conditions, with Portland, OR (82) and Nashville (98) standing out positively, while Seattle (64) and New Orleans (31) face poorer conditions.
