The Pacific Northwest shows mixed but generally good conditions, with Spokane (95) and Portland (90) rated excellent, while Seattle holds a solid 83. The Great Plains and Midwest present mostly good to excellent conditions, though some cities like Oklahoma City (47) and St. Louis (49) see fair ratings due to higher cloud cover and some rain.
