The Northeast also performs well overall, with cities like Albany, Boston, and Portland, ME scoring in the excellent range. Meanwhile, the Midwest and Great Plains face more challenging conditions, with widespread cloudiness and lower visibility, especially in Fargo and Bismarck. The Southeast is generally poor, with heavy cloud cover and rain impacting cities like Charlotte and Raleigh. Pacific Northwest conditions vary, with Spokane and Boise seeing excellent skies, but Seattle remains poor due to high cloud cover.
