The Midwest also shines with St. Louis at 97 and Indianapolis at 94, providing excellent opportunities under mostly low clouds. The Pacific Northwest shows mixed conditions, with Spokane and Portland scoring excellent but Seattle and Anchorage rated fair to poor due to higher cloud cover.
